Liquid Liner
In a bottle with its own fine brush, this is liquid liner. Because it is liquid, it will give a very firm line and it should of course be applied after your eye shadow. Easiest way to apply? Just look into the mirror, rest your elbows on the dressing table, gently pull your eyelid taut with your left hand and apply with the brush in your right hand. The liner should be thin and run along the line of your lashes.
